2 Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed K. Epps, is a prominent American rapper known for his contributions to the hip hop genre. He initially gained fame as one-half of the Southern hip hop duo called Playaz Circle. The duo signed with Ludacris' Disturbing tha Peace label and achieved notable success with their debut single, "Duffle Bag Boy" featuring Lil Wayne, released in 2007.
