Chef Vikas Khanna's Dog Plum
PLUM KHANNA
Breed: Maltese
Adopted in May 2021
PLUM KHANNA - Plum, full name 'Plum Khanna,' is an amazing white Maltese with a little golden blonde fur. Vikas wanted a Pomeranian, but the breeder offered him a Maltese instead. Amid the group of Maltese pups was one who moved so crazy, so efficient and just hugging Vikas that he fell in love with it. Plum loves socializing and playing with many people in Vikas's studio. Every time Vikas sees him, Plum first brings his toys and wants Vikas to chase and catch them. Vikas enjoys taking his dog on walks, hikes, ferry boat rides, and bike rides in Central Park. His dog loves joining him, and Vikas finds it challenging to bike alone. Plum enjoys visiting the dog park at Madison Square Garden on alternate weekends. He especially loves spending time with Vikas' sister, Radhika, and Vikas jokingly admits that Plum prefers her company over his own. Plum travels with Vikas for work trips and enjoys being around people. Vikas takes care of Plum's nutrition, exercise, and health, ensuring he has the best. Their favorite activity together is digging, which Plum loves. Plum's funny antics include trying to do namaste, and Vikas loves his social and friendly nature, which changes the energy around them.
