We're so confident in our products that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase if you don't receive what we promise on our website.

What about refunds or returning a damaged portrait or product?

We use only the best quality materials and printers and use sturdy packaging materials to protect your special Pawtrait. However, if your design arrives damaged in any way, all you have to do is clearly photograph the damaged part of the print and email the photo to us through our “Help” page and include your order number. We will reprint and send you a new one, no questions asked. The same delivery timeframe applies.

We can also refund the order if the customer sends us proof of damage via a clear photograph of the damaged area of the product. The photo must be emailed to us through our “Help” page and include your order number. Refund will be issued within 7 days if the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement of the product.
