Cooper Barnes Cats

FONZIE - Fonzi was Cooper's very first pet cat, a majestic black Maine Coon. Cooper considered him his lucky charm because some folks have funny beliefs about black cats. Cooper really, really loved Fonzi, and you'd often spot him on the comedian's Instagram, striking poses like a pro. One time, Fonzi was seen munching on his favourite delicacy, i.e. pizza. Sadly, Fonzi passed away on June 30, 2022, due to old age. Fonzi lived a good, long 17 years with his loving dad, Cooper. The comedian shared a heartfelt Instagram post, saying how thankful he was that Fonzi came into his life and how much he loved him and would miss him.

WEASEL - Weasel is another pet cat of Copper, and they adopted her at the same time as Fonzi. In fact, she's Fonzi's sister-wife. Weasel has been there for him ever since the Barnes family adopted them. When Fonzi had to go to the vet and, well, had to say his final goodbye, Cooper's wife Lizzy thought about taking Weasel along to be with him. But they weren't sure how she would react to losing her loving companion, so they decided to keep her at home. Now that Weasel is gone, Lizzy spends most of her time looking after the new kitten that the family has adopted.

WALLY - Wally is the third furry member to join the Barnes family. They adopted him when a friend called and said he needed a home. Cooper mentioned that Wally was born in the same week Fonzi passed away. He was discovered with his siblings, without their mom, just like Fonzie. They found him on Skid Row, just like Fonzie. The family felt it was a sign from Fonzie that he was sending Wally to them.
