COCONUT - Eric Balfour is a proud “Rescue Dad” to his adopted dog, Coconut, a constant presence on his Instagram and in his everyday life. Through the hashtag #AdoptDontShop, he champions animal adoption and shines a light on rescue advocacy. Coconut has been part of his life for years, even playing a big role in helping Eric ease into fatherhood when his sons were born.
