APOLLO AND ATHENA - Jake's dream of becoming a Navy Seal was inspired by their heroic Belgian Malinois service dogs. Excited to welcome Apollo, a Malinois pup, he faced challenges when Apollo's aggression emerged. Sent for training, Apollo returned improved, but Jake struggled to handle his high energy. Ultimately, he made the difficult choice to rehome Apollo and later Athena due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite the heartache, Jake hoped both dogs would find loving homes that appreciated their unique qualities.
