OLIVER CROMWELL - Milla Jovovich owns a Giant Schnauzer dog named Oliver Cromwell. She named him after the Lord Protector of the Commonwealth of England, Scotland, and Ireland, who lived from 1599 to 1658. Milla felt that Oliver Cromwell looked like a lord, and thus, the name popped into her head. However, she mentioned that some of her Irish friends were offended by her choice because of Oliver Cromwell's natural treatment of the Irish.

MAYA PAPAYA - Milla Jovovich's daughter named their Morkie Maya Papaya, who joined their family in February 2013, along with another dog named Sweet Potato.

SWEET POTATO - Mila Jovovich has a Papitese (Papillon-Maltese mix) named Sweet Potato. Milla named her because she was sweet and like a “leeetle potato.”
